How to reach us

By Car: A14 exit Grottammare. Continue towards the seafront (5 min).
By Train: Grottammare station (4 km) or San Benedetto del Tronto (1 km). Transfer service available upon reservation.
By Plane: Ancona (Falconara) or Pescara airports. Dedicated shuttle service available.

Breakfast	Served in the Seafront Room from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
V-SPA	Open every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Beach	Service available from June to September

What are the cancellation policies?
Policies vary depending on the chosen rate. Generally, we offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For specific details, please refer to your booking confirmation.

Can I insure my reservation?
Absolutely. The Valentino Spa Resort offers the option to protect your stay with a dedicated insurance policy. You can easily request coverage at the time of booking.

Is the tourist tax included?
No, the Grottammare city tax must be paid on-site at check-out, only during the months of July and August

Can I request a crib in the room? Yes, a crib can be added at no extra cost. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can have it ready in your room upon arrival.

What is the pet policy?
Your small four-legged friends are welcome! There is a supplement of €15.00 per night. We kindly ask you to mention them when booking.

Do I need to bring a spa kit? At Valentino, we take care of everything. In your room, you will find a kit with a soft bathrobe and slippers to comfortably access the wellness area.

Can I access the spa with my children?
Certainly, our wellness circuit is also open to children (upon reservation)

Is spa access included in the room rate? Access to our V-SPA requires an additional fee (unless included in specific packages) and can be booked in two ways: Shared or completely Exclusive. We recommend booking your circuits and treatments in advance.

Do I need to bring a spa kit? At Valentino, we take care of everything. In your room, you will find a kit with a soft bathrobe and slippers to comfortably access the wellness area.

Can I access the spa with my children?
Certainly, our wellness circuit is also open to children (upon reservation)

Is the beach service included?
Yes, one umbrella and two sunbeds are reserved for each room at our “Sabya by Valentino” beach club in front of the resort.

Do I need to bring beach towels? We take care of everything. During the summer period, you will have one beach towel per person available every day, so you can travel with a lighter suitcase.

Is there an entertainment program?
The entertainment program and mini club await you right on the beach at our Sabya by Valentino beach club, from June 15 to August 30, with two daily sessions: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00 PM–6:30 PM, plus three evenings a week from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

What kind of beach is in front of the Resort?
Just a few steps from the Valentino, you will find a beach of very fine sand with shallow, safe waters. It is an ideal and peaceful solution, perfect for children to enjoy.

Is there a pool?
Yes! The hotel has a 20-meter outdoor pool and a children’s pool. There is also a hot tub on the rooftop.

Is it possible to rent bicycles? Yes, we have several bicycles available for our guests (including child seats or bikes for children). The first 4 hours of use are free; for the full day, the rate is €15.00.

I’m not staying at the hotel—can I still enjoy your breakfast service?
Absolutely. Our extensive international buffet, featuring both sweet and savory options, is open to non-hotel guests every day from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The cost is €20 per person, and reservations are appreciated.

Is Sky available in the room?
Yes, to ensure your utmost comfort, all our rooms and suites are equipped with a Smart TV, with the Sky package included in the room rate. You can enjoy the best of the Sky programme line-up just as you would at home, at no extra cost.
